Auction Process:
Bids will be accepted through the close of the auction. If the reserve has been met, the highest bidder will be awarded the unit subject to seller confirmation. Please note: the auction closing time may be extended due to competing bids.
Payment Requirements:
Winning bidders will be invoiced within 2 business days of the auction closing. The amount invoiced will be based on the tax and company documents Phase Medical received from the buyer.
Your payment is due in full within 5 business days of the invoice date. Failure to pay the invoice in full within the required time does not release the buyer from their obligations but may result in the termination of the sale, reassignment of sale, and/or additional fees.
Removal/Shipping Requirements:
Phase Medical will coordinate post-sale activities with both parties. Buyers must pay their invoices in full prior to removal and shipping of items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange payment and scheduling of deinstallation, shipping and installation services.
